Hip-hop artists usually have a number of tattoos on their bodies. Jay-Z, Eminem, The Game, 50 Cent and of course, the hottest rap artist today, Lil Wayne, all have tattoos on their bodies. But among all these rappers, the most discussed and analyzed tattoos are those of Lil Wayne's. This great rapper already has numerous tattoos not just on his body but also on his face.

• The most discussed among all the tattoos seen on Lil Wayne's face are his three teardrop tattoos. If Lil Wayne is in prison, it means he has killed three people. But he is not in prison now. Do not dial 911 just yet because he is not a murderer. Some people said that the three teardrops represent three people in his life who died. It is a symbol of remembering and mourning for their deaths. Lil Wayne is not a criminal, period.
• One of Lil Wayne tattoos on his face is the "Fear God" words he has on his eye lids. It could mean that he fears or respects God. It could be as simple as that or something that is deeper and more meaningful. You will never know with these rappers.
• There is also a very much talked about letter C in between his eyebrows. Some said the letter C stands for his last name Carter or his mom's name which is Cita. Others argued that it is not a letter C but the word 'of' which completes the phrase 'Fear of God.'
• There is another tattoo on his face, a red one that reads "I am music" above his right eye brow. This is an easy one. Lil Wayne is one of the best rap artists today and he is creating music non stop. It is like he is living inside his recording studio. It is very obvious that music is his passion. Or he would not be able to create hits that always top the charts.

Tattoos are nice to look at and people spend time either criticizing or praising him for having them done. No matter what other people say, it is his own body and it is up to him if he wants to cover it with tattoos until he cannot see even one square inch of his skin.
